Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities:
? Assist Fortress’ Factory Partners in the design optimization of sustained products.
? Participate in the development of new products for Fortress.
? Work with Fortress’ Factory Partners for the review of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).
? Create the drawing of Fortress’ products
? Work with Fortress’ agents as need to support activities at the factories
? Assist in the setting of product standards and testing of products to insure they meet those standards.
? Other assignment
Specific Job Skills:
? Solidworks
? Typing and computer skills.
? Good interpersonal skills.
? Good investigative and organizational skills.
? Good problem solving and failure analysis skills.
? Good written and spoken English (CET-4 or above)
? Can work under pressure.
Area of Work: China.
? Extensive travel within China may be required. The travel will be less than 50% of total working time.
? Possible travel outside China may be required from time to time.
? All travel expenses will be paid. Working Hours: One of the responsibilities is to assist the factories. Will work when the factories are working.
